POLYAMIDE DIPPED TIRE CORD AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A polyamide dipped tire cord is provided to have excellent strength and coherence to rubber and to have very similar contractile and tensile ratio with rubber but very soft. CONSTITUTION: A polyamide dipped tire cord has more than 30kg of strength, more than 20kg of adhesive strength and less than 1g/10.000d of bending strength. A substrate(11) of the tire cord is drawn by heat and dipped in adhesive solution. Then the dipped cord is dried and is lax by heat. Therefore, the polyamide tire cord has low bending strength more than 60% of the tire cord produced by a two-dip method as well as has the same strength, tensile ratio and adhesive strength as the present tire cord.
