PURPOSE: A reciprocating compressor is provided to improve the performance of the compressor by compensating eccentric power due to the reciprocating movement of the piston assembly by the balance weight and prevent the generation of the eccentric power due to the rotation energy of the rotors. CONSTITUTION: A reciprocating compressor for compressing oil in a cylinder(75) by the reciprocating movement of a piston(71) includes an inner rotor(55) formed in the shape of cylinder with a first guide groove(55a) in the shape of a sine curve on the outer periphery, an outer rotor(57) mounted outside the inner rotor and having a second guide groove(57a) on an inner periphery thereof in the shape of sine curve. a power supply for supplying rotation power to the inner and outer rotors to rotate the inner and outer rotors at a same angle speed in the opposite directions each other, a connector(59) having one end coupled with the inner and outer rotors for reciprocating movement in the first groove as the inner rotor rotates and the other end coupled with the piston, a balance weight(65) coupled with the inner and outer rotors for the reciprocating movement in the opposite direction of the connector, a coupling element for coupling the connector to the inner and outer rotors for the reciprocating movement of the connector and the balance weight in the opposite directions each other in the first and second guide grooves
