PURPOSE: An intake guide of indoor unit of air conditioner is provided to improve the cooling capacity by uniformly maintaining the flow of air introduced in the indoor unit, reduce the noise and increase the flow by restraining the generation of vortex flow in the absorption shutter part. CONSTITUTION: An intake guide of an indoor unit including a heat exchanger for performing heat exchange between air introduced by rotation of a fan and refrigerant, and an absorption shutter part(50) mounted at an air introduction part for opening/closing an absorption surface, includes a flow control guide(51) mounted in the absorption shutter part for controlling the air flow introduced through a grill in a predetermined direction, and having a section of n polygon (n is an integer equal to or more than 3), wherein the flow control guide has a start line for changing the flow direction on a structural surface and an end line with a predetermined distance from the start line, and a vertex flow control guide(52) is mounted in the absorption shutter part to shut off the flow toward in any other direction rather than the predetermined direction.
