PURPOSE: A bio ceramic film comprising ceramic powder, paraffin and silicon oil is provided which is capable of ripening kimchi well or preserving vegetable or fruit for a long period of time freshly. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial bio ceramic film for ripening kimchi well or preserving vegetable or fruit for a long period of time freshly is prepared by mixing 5 to 15 parts by weight of FeO, MnO, AlO, TiO, ZrO, MgO, ZnO, SiO, CaO, and Ag respectively with 100 parts by weight of polyethylene vinyl and sintering at 800 to 1,250°C to give ceramic powder, and mixing from 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of the ceramic powder with 0.001 to 10 parts by weight of a mixture of from 25 to 35 parts by weight of paraffin and 35 to 45 parts by weight of silicon oil at 100°C. The film has two times longer storage period of time than that of conventional ones in case of wrapping and storing kimchi, vegetable and fruit.
