METHOD FOR CONTROLLING OVERLOAD TO OPERATOR TERMINAL OF FULL ELECTRONIC EXCHANGE

PURPOSE: A method for controlling overload to operator terminal of a full electronic exchange is provide to stably process a command language of a full electronic exchange by controlling a transmitting and receiving function of data between an operator matching system and an exchange when overloading of the exchange. CONSTITUTION: An overload state detecting process(30) detects an overload state of a full electronic exchange. An operator matching management process(32) manages an operator matching system connected to the full electronic exchange. A command language input processing process(42) processes a command language inputted from the operator matching system. A command language analysis process(34) analyzes a command language inputted from the command language input processing process(42). A command language performing process(36) performs a performing state and a performing request to an inputted command language. A command language result process(38) converts a result to a corresponding command language into a data shape in which an operator can view. A command language result screen process(40) performs a screen output control to a command language performing result.
