SELF-TRANSFERRING TRAY TYPE FRUIT SORTER

PURPOSE: A fruit sorter is provided to prevent fruit surface from being damaged caused by contact and impact, and to automatically pack fruit after aligning on standard trays. CONSTITUTION: A computer operates a pneumatic valve for driving a pneumatic cylinder as an outlet actuator. Then the pneumatic cylinder rotates the outlet rotating hook of an outlet stirring wheel in order to hang the hanging unit of a corresponding free tray loading graded fruits and to transfer the free tray to a conveyer belt. After that, a retaining stopper returns the hook back to empty the free tray and thus, the empty tray is returned back to a supply unit.
