PURPOSE: A draining device of a ladder extinguishing pump truck is provided to simplify a draining operation, to quickly and exactly extinguish fire, to maximize the efficiency and to minimize a loss of lives. CONSTITUTION: A length and an inclination of a ladder(20) are adjusted in an adjusting room(30) of a fire truck(1). Water is drained through a draining gun(60). An upper water pipe(51) of a water pipe cylinder(50) is fixed in an upper ladder(21). In unfolding the ladder(20), the water pipe cylinder(50) is unfolded with the ladder(20). An inclined angle of the water pipe cylinder(50) is adjusted by adjusting the inclination of the ladder(20). After locating the upper parts of the ladder(20) and the water pipe cylinder(50) in a wanted position, a fire extinguishing pump(10) is operated. Pumped water is drained through the water pipe cylinder(50) and the draining gun(60) through a draining line. A draining angle of the draining gun(60) is remotely adjusted by driving a motor of a draining angle adjustor(40) in the adjusting room(3) and rotating moving pipes. Thereby, a wide range is extinguished.
