PURPOSE: A cooling structure of a motor is provided to be capable of being easily manufactured and enhancing cooling performance to reduce manufacturing costs and enhance the reliability of products by forming a plurality of linear cylindrical cooling water passages in a motor case. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of linear cylindrical cooling water passages(1'a) are lengthwise formed in a motor case(1'). A plurality of communicating grooves(2'a,3'a) for communicating the cooling water passages(1'a) at zigzag format are respectively formed in two brackets(2',3') coupled to both sides of the motor case(1'). An inlet(3'b) for supplying cooling water to the cylindrical cooling water passage(1'a) and an outlet(3'c) for draining the cooling water are formed in one bracket(3').
