<p>Methods are provided for inhibiting the expression of cell adhesion molecules using inhibitors of signaling molecules involved in human TNF-α signaling. These inhibitors include monoclonal antibodies, peptide fragments, small molecule inhibitors, and, preferably, antisense oligonucleotides. Methods for treatment of diseases, particularly inflammatory and immune diseases, associated with overexpression of cell adhesion molecules are provided.</p> |
