The collector (2) is used for catchment and accumulation of energy and has only one accumulator container acting as primary unit which is connected in the medium circuit. A further accumulator container acts as secondary accumulator to the primary. In accordance with the thermosyphon principle, the secondary accumulator is loaded with heated water from the primary.
