PURPOSE: A method for controlling a washing machine according to a load of a pulsator is provided to prevent an unbalance by the twisting of the washing at a dehydrating process, and to prevent a re-rinsing process for solving the unbalance. CONSTITUTION: A pulse wave generated by comparing with the rotation number of a washing motor is counted to detect the amount of load applied to a pulsator by the twisted washing during an untwisting process. The pulse value detected in the step for detecting the amount of load is compared with a standard pulse value for detecting the load amount of the pulsator. When the detected value of pulse is over the standard pulse value, a dehydrating process is performed by deciding that the untwisting state of the washing is fined. And if the detected value of pulse is under the standard pulse value, the untwisting process is re-performed by deciding that the washing is twisted. |
