ELECTRIC EMISSION DEVICE INCLUDING ELECTRON TRANSFER POLYIMIDE

PURPOSE: An organic electric emission device is provided which has a long lifetime and an improved thermal stability by using a polyimide having good heat resistant property, chemistry resistant property and mechanical physical property. CONSTITUTION: An electric emission device includes a transparent electrode(2), an organic emission layer(4), an electron transfer layer(5) and a metal layer(6) which are formed on a transparent substrate(1) in sequence. The electron transfer layer includes a polyimide which has good stability. The transparent substrate is an ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) which is made by etching a glass, and the metal layer is made using an aluminum, calcium and an alloy.
