PURPOSE: A heat recovery type heat exchanging device having a fiber belt is provided to reduce indoor cooling and heating load due to cool air by increasing the amount of heat exchange and by composing heat exchanging area between indoor air and outdoor air to be corresponding to the section area of a duct of an air conditioning piece. CONSTITUTION: A heat recovery type heat exchanging device is prepared to the ventilation part of an air conditioner to vent an indoor air while minimizing the heat loss due to ventilation by regenerating to heat or cool an outdoor air by absorbing hot air or cool air from the indoor air by providing a heat exchanging fiber belt(1) embedded in a frame part(12). And fans(3,4) are prepared to the part facing each other of the ducts(2,5) communicated to the frame part respectively. Herein, the outdoor air is heat exchanged by the heat exchanging fiber belt by sucking forcibly the indoor air and the outdoor air, and the heat exchanged outdoor air is supplied to indoor or the heat exchanged indoor air is vented outside. And the frame part has open peripheral parts to be communicated to the indoor duct and the outdoor duct, and has a hollow core structure to be embedded in the heat exchanging fiber belt.
