PURPOSE: A housing structure apparatus for inserting and withdrawing a smart card is provided to easily insert and withdraw a smart card and reduce a restriction for an outer form. CONSTITUTION: A housing structure apparatus for inserting and withdrawing a smart card includes an upper housing(30) in which a large number of downward hooks(32) and a ring stick(31) for combination is formed on the low surface of the rim. A large number of hook combination holes(27), a combination boss low housing and a passage for taking in and out a smart card(10) are formed in a low housing to combine the same with the upper housing. A part(300) for taking in and out a card is combined to the low housing with a screw and provides a card reader(23) recognizing the smart card. A part of an inside driving housing(11) transfers the smart card to the part for taking in and out a card, is protruded on a second guide rail(34) formed a side surface of the low housing. A lack gear combination part(17) is formed on the other part opposite to the part. A part of a driving relay part(100) is combined to the lack gear combination part of the inside driving housing and a lack gear is formed on other part of the driving relay part. A rotation driving part(200) provides a pinion contacted the lack gear of the driving relay part.
