PURPOSE: An apparatus for regulating the location of a lighting lamp is provided to precisely regulate the location of the lighting lamp so that reliability of a manufacturing process is improved. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for regulating the location of a lighting lamp comprises a lighting lamp(10), an illuminometer(62), a fixing block(42) for the lighting lamp(10), and a pulse motor(54) for regulating the location. The lighting lamp(10) emits a light energy. The illuminometer(62) measures an intensity of light energy from the lighting lamp(10). The fixing block(42) under the lighting lamp(10) fixes the lighting lamp(10). The pulse motor(54) is connected to the fixing block(42) to regulate the lighting lamp(10).
