PROCESS FOR TREATING A SURFACE FOR BRACING ALUMINIUM PARTS

PURPOSE: Using the subject process for treating a surface to be used in bracing any aluminum parts, the quality of the bonded part, a bondage strength and the easy of the bracing operation are dramatically improved. CONSTITUTION: The process is comprised of a receiving step, an adhesion step and a surface -treating step. Firstly, mixed halocarbon flux powders are mixed in an organic solvent with liquid binders dissolving with an acrylic resin powder at given ratios. The resulting mixture is provided with the formed aluminum parts to make the mixed solution to adhere to entire surfaces of the parts. After pulling out the formed parts, they are continued to perform the drying step under the natural condition. Thereby, the desired product having flux layer is obtained.
