DIELECTRIC FILTER

PURPOSE: A dielectric filter is provided which has a light weight and a compact size, and it is easy to control the characteristics of the filter, by forming an open area for forming a coupling capacitor and a coupling inductance on a back surface of a dielectric block where a ground electrode is formed. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric filter is provided wherein a coupling capacitance or a coupling inductance is formed between resonance holes(103) by forming an open area not coated with a conductive material along the arrangement direction of the resonance holes or between the resonance holes on a back surface(107) of a dielectric block(101) coated with a conductive material. In a front surface(105) of the dielectric block not coated with a conductive material, a coupling capacitance is formed between the resonance holes and a conductor pattern(108) in a fixed size providing a load capacitance to each resonance hole is formed.
