PURPOSE: A sprayer is provided to prevent a spraying hole from getting stuck by small foreign matters, to improve washing efficiency by increasing a spraying force and to keep a proper rotational speed of a spraying body. CONSTITUTION: When the rotation speed of a spraying body(240) rises by washing water discharged through a spraying hole(242), a brake force increases. Further, when the rotation speed decreases, the brake force also decreases so that the spraying body keeps a regular rotation speed. Herein, an eccentric brake tool(250) is changed based on the weight of a weight unit(252), the length of an arm, the degree of eccentricity, the contact dimension of a brake unit(256), quality and so on. In finely regulating the brake force of the eccentric brake tool, it is plastic-deformed by holding and twisting the weight unit in a necessary direction. In regulating the brake force a lot, the end bob of the weight unit is replaced with a relatively big one, or the length of an arm is increased.
