PURPOSE: An apparatus for multi-discriminating a developer in an electro photography system is provided to integrate functions of sensing the existence of a toner, determining a kind of toner, and sensing a remaining amount of the toner as a single unit. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for multi-discriminating a developer in an electro photography system comprises a power(200) for supplying a power to the electro photography system, an amount sensing section(100) for sensing a remaining amount of a toner by interacting of an emitter(101) and an acceptor(102) connected to a power contacted terminal(201), an existence sensing section(300) for sensing the existence of the toner by receiving a current from the power contacted terminal, a kind determining section for determining a kind of the toner for outputting a current through resistors connected in parallel to the power contacted terminal, and a processor(500) received signals from the sections.
