APPARATUS FOR DECIDING CARRIER POSITION OF MODULE IC HANDLER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for deciding a carrier position of a module IC handler is provided to exactly load the module IC being in a tray in a carrier or unload from the carrier using a known pick up unit when a carrier is used to improve the rate of operation of an expensive apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for deciding a carrier position of a module IC handler includes a pair of guide bar(18) which is fixed on an installation plate(17) of a loading and a unloading position to decide a position of both side of a carrier(3). A pusher(19) is installed in the direction of a diagonal of the guide bar to push toward the guide bar a corner part of the carrier. There are a driving apparatus(20) to drive the pusher and a pair of guider(21,22) supporting both sides of the carrier so that the carrier is not dis placed from an exact position when the corner part of the carrier is pushed toward the guide bar by the pusher.
