PURPOSE: A washing machine is provided to conveniently wash and dehydrate by inputting and withdrawing the washing without lowering a body at a washing and a dehydrating. CONSTITUTION: When a handle is pulled, a washing container(5) is rotated as a certain click during moving a hanging portion(16) via a hanging end(18). When a door is located in front of a user while pulling the handle, the pulling of the washing container(5) is stopped. The position of the washing container(5) is fixed and a door is opened by separating a hanging sill and a hanging protrusion during pulling the handle of the door. The door is closed again by inputting the washing through an inlet. After closing the door, a button(19) as a limiting device of position is pushed. The hanging portion(16) and the hanging end(18) are separated by rotating a lever(17) with the button. The washing container(5) is rotated to an original position by the weight of a driving device. When the door of the washing container(5) is located in the upper part, water is flowed in the inside of the washing container, and a drain valve is closed. A washing is performed during rotating a pulsator by operating the driving device. And when the washing process is stopped, a dehydrating process is performed after draining the water of the washing container(5).
