PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of liquid crystal display apparatus is to improve adhesive force between a lower film and a spacer, to keep a cell distance small and constant, and to prevent from contaminating a liquid crystal. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display apparatus comprises the steps of applying a first thinner photoresist high molecular film onto a first substrate(10), forming a first spacer pattern by exposing the first film to the light and developing the same, applying a second thicker photoresist high molecular film onto a second substrate(20), forming a second spacer pattern by exposing the second film to the light and developing the same, thermosetting the first spacer pattern by hard baking the first substrate with the first spacer pattern, and hot pressing the first and second substrates to form a cell distance. |
