PURPOSE: A fan integrated with orifice is provided to minimize the gap between the orifice part and the axial fan, thereby preventing the air leakage and noise. CONSTITUTION: A fan integrated with orifice(100) includes an axial fan(120) with a plurality of blades(121), a shroud(1) for using the axial fan, and an orifice part(110) for introducing air flow discharged by the axial fan, wherein the orifice part is integrated with the respective blades and surrounding the outer periphery of the axial fan, and has an inner periphery integrated with a stationary points of the respective blades and a rear end part adjacent to a front end part or a rear end part of the shroud, so that the gap is not generated between the orifice part and the respective blades and the air loss between the orifice part and the axial fan is prevented.
