PURPOSE: A composition containing Pini Folium extract for prevention and treatment of hypertension is provided, which shows good prevention and treatment effect for hypertension without toxicity. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparation of composition containing Pini Folium extract for prevention and treatment of hypertension comprises of: extracting Pinus Densiflora in 80% methanol solution for 3hrs under circulating flux-freezing in water bath; cooling to about 50°C; passing the solution through many folds of gauze, and taking upper layer solution; repeating extracting stage and filtration stage for 3times; gathering 3 kinds of upper layer solution; evaporating and concentrating under decompression using rotary evaporator to get the extract.
