PURPOSE: A travel priority equipment of a heavy equipment for a construction is provided to simplify a constitution of a circuit and to improve the reliability of an operation. CONSTITUTION: A travel priority equipment is equipped: a center bypass passage(1) to sequentially connect a control valve for a traveling motor(CV1), a first control valve for a hydraulic actuator(CV2) and a second control valve for the hydraulic actuator(CV3) from a hydraulic pump(P); and diverging passages(2,3,4) diverged from the center bypass passage(1) to each supplying side of each control valve(CV1,CV2,CV3). The control valve for the traveling motor(CV1) is arranged in the upper side from the hydraulic pump(P). A parallel passage(5) to supply a flux from a certain position of the center bypass passage(1) without passing through anything among control valves(CV2,CV2,CV3) to each supplying side of the first and the second control valves for the hydraulic actuator(Cv2,CV3) is installed, and an orifice(6) is installed in the certain position in the upper side of the parallel passage(5). When each actuator is operated individually, that is, when the flux is supplied to the one of each control valve(CV1,CV2,CV3), a full amount ventilated from the hydraulic pump(P) is supplied because the flux is supplied through the one of each diverging passage(2,3,4). When the other actuator is operated at the same time as traveling, the sufficient flux is supplied to the control valve of traveling motor(CV1), but the limited flux is supplied to the control valves of other actuator(CV2,CV3) than the control valve of traveling motor(CV1) because the flux is supplied through the parallel passage(5) by passing through the orifice(6).
