PURPOSE: A method for monitoring the illegal usage of a mobile station in the mobile communication network is to provide phone conversation contents between a lost mobile station and a called mobile station to a subscriber, after making the contents recorded in the voice mailing service system using multiple call connection function. CONSTITUTION: If a calling from a mobile station is requested to the call processing block of the mobile switching center(S21), the call processing block confirms whether the mobile station is illegal(S22). If the mobile station is illegal, the call processing block connects the call with a voice mailing service system(S23) and connects it to an associated called mobile station(S24). The call processing block proceeds the multiple call connection function(S25). If the call is completed, the call processing block informs the voice mailing service system that the record of the conversation is completed(S26). The voice mailing service system confirms whether the illegal mobile station has a record guide function(S27). Then, the voice mailing service system transmits the recorded conversation(S28,S29).
