PURPOSE: A thermoplastic non-halogen fire retardant composition is provided, which has good fire-retardant property as an electric wire coating materials and does not run down or discharge noxious gas in combustion and shows good processing property and good mechanical property and modulus of elongation in molding. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic non-halogen fire retardant composition comprises 50-100 part per hundred resin of ethylene ethylacrylate containing 2-50wt.% of ethylene acrylate as a base resin and having a melt index of 0.5-30gram/10 minutes, 5-50 part per hundred resin of polyethylene resin, 20-100 part per hundred resin of surface-treated metal hydrate by various processing preparations having a specific surface area of 5-15 square meter/gram such as stearic acid and fatty acid and non surface-treated metal hydrate, and 1-10 part per hundred resin of melanin cyanurate or ammonium polyphosphate containing 10-50wt.% of phosphorous as a fire retardant and different phosphorous fire retardant, where calcium carbonate is used together with the 20-100 part per hundred resin of metal hydrate.
