PURPOSE: An LCD forms an alignment layer of a material including a functional group having photoalignment characteristic so as to inject liquid crystal under the normal temperature and prevent a flowing effect, and provides a liquid crystal alignment layer of excellent thermal resistance, photosensitivity, adhesiveness and strong anchoring energy so as to align liquid crystal effectively and improve alignment stability of liquid crystal. CONSTITUTION: The first alignment layer(50) and/or the second alignment layer(51) comprise a pyranose polymer, a furanose polymer, polyvinylcinnamate, polysiloxanecinnamate, polyvinylalcohol, polyamide, polyimide, polyamic acid and silicon dioxide. The polymer includes a photosensitized reaction part and/or a photosensitized non-reaction part. The photosensitized reaction part comprises a cinnanoyl derivative and the photosensitized non-reaction part comprises an ester derivative. An alignment angle, an alignment direction, a pretilt angel and a pretilt angle direction are simulatneously determined by the irradiation of the first alignment layer(50) and/or the second alignment layer(51). |
