PURPOSE: A device for examining control card of rectifier for generating hypophosphorous chloric acid of power plant is provided to keep generation of hypophosphorous chloric acid constant and keep a function of a power plant constant by preventing disorder of a rectifier by examining a control card, which composes the rectifier for generating hypophosphorous chloric acid of power plan, previously. CONSTITUTION: In a rectifier(3) including a control card(12) and a driving card(14) for phase angle control of a voltage which is permitted to a cell module(4) for generating hypophosphorous chloric acid used as a sterilizer to cooling water of an atomic power plant, a device for examining control card of rectifier for generating hypophosphorous chloric acid of power plant comprises a first and a second connector(21,22) which are installed by connecting an input power in the same condition as an examiner in order to separate the control card(12) and the driving card(14) from the rectifier(3) and make it possible to examine them; a direct current power supplier(30) which divides the direct current power to a first and a second output and permits them to the first and the second connector(21,22) so that the control card(12) and the driving card(14) can operate; a first variable resistor(ADJ1) which adjusts the first output and permits it to the control card(12); a second variable resistor(ADJ2) which adjusts the second output to the same level as an output of the control card(12) and permits it to the driving card(14); an input voltmeter(31) and an output voltmeter(32) which measure input/output electric potentials of the driving card(14) respectively; and a second switch(S2) which selects to permit the output of the control card(12) to the driving card(14) directly or to permit the output of the second variable resistor(ADJ2).
