PURPOSE: A structure of a beverage can with an opening and closing sanitary cover is provided to maintain a beverage stored in the beverage can sanitarily by covering a top part of the can with an opening and closing sanitary cover, and conveniently drink the beverage without using any cups. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a beverage can(20) with an opening and closing sanitary cover includes an opening and closing sanitary cover(60) for covering a whole top part(10) of the beverage can, a concave and convex part(70) for tightly fixing the opening and closing sanitary cover without affecting any change on the top part, wherein the opening and closing sanitary cover is made of papers, plastics, metals or aluminum which is able to be reused.
