PURPOSE: A structure of refrigerator evaporator is provided to improve the defrosting efficiency by forming the defrosting heater sectionally for controlling the resistance per local heaters and by mounting the defrosting heater in the center part of the evaporator rather than a surface of the evaporator so that the supporting force of the defrosting heater is strengthened. CONSTITUTION: A structure of refrigerator evaporator includes a refrigerant pipe(51) for passing refrigerant there through, a plurality of heat exchange pins(52) inserted on an outer periphery of the refrigerant pipe, and a defrosting heater having a plurality of local heaters(63,64,65) able to be connected to each other for removing frost from the heat exchange pins, wherein each local heater of the defrosting heater has different resistance, the heat exchange pin is formed with an inserting groove at both upper and lower end parts, and an evaporator holder(54) is further provided and has a plurality of through holes in serial for supporting both end parts of the defrosting heater,
