PURPOSE: A method for renewing report data of a cash register is provided so that users can read weekly or monthly reports by renewing daily, weekly and monthly report data according to registered contents, without receiving the issued daily or weekly reports. CONSTITUTION: A method for renewing report data of a cash register renews all the report data of each step according to registered contents, when a sale is performed in a registration mode. Further, the reports of each step are a daily report, a weekly report and a monthly report.
