LIQUEFIED NON-SHRINKAGE MIXTURE FOR CRACK PREVENTION OF CEMENT MORTAR AND CONCRETE

PURPOSE: A liquid phase mixing agent for preventing crack of cement mortar and concrete is provided which prevents the cement mortar and concrete from shrinking when they are dried under any conditions. CONSTITUTION: The liquid mixed agent for preventing crack is prepared by mixing 15-80% of high molecular copolymer, which is a copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, 5-50% of pectic acid methyl ester, 10-20% of high dispersing agent, which is sodium tetra polyphosphate, and 1-5% of formaldehyde and then liquefying the mixture. The agent further contains 5-70% of low fatty acid alcohol and 1-5% of aluminum slurry as a swelling auxiliary materials.
