PURPOSE: An interference preventing structure of an ash tray and a cup-holder is provided to use an ash tray and a cup-holder at the same time without interference. CONSTITUTION: A motor(11) rotates as the switching of an operating switch(SW1). A first rod(12), whose center part and end part are formed with a first(12a) and a second operating gear(12b) as one body, is linked to the motor. A second rod(13), whose both ends are formed with a third operating gear(13a) and a first pinion gear(13b) as one body, is linked to the first operating gear. A first rack gear(14) is formed on the side of an ash tray(1) to move the ash tray in a straight line as rotation of the first pinion gear. A third rod(15), whose center part and end part are formed with a fourth operating gear(15a) and a second pinion gear(15b) as one body, operates a cup holder(2). A second rack gear(16) is formed on one side of the cup holder to move the cup holder up and down as rotation of the second pinion gear. A solenoid(17) is connected with one end side of the third rod and operated as the condition of the cup. An elastic spring(18) is mounted between the solenoid and the third rod.
