SECURITY PAPER WITH RAINBOW-SECURITY FIBERS AND THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS

PURPOSE: A rainbow silver-yarn and a manufacturing method of a blending paper thereof are provided, which is characterized by decreasing production cost expressing double color and increasing the function detecting falsification. CONSTITUTION: The rainbow silver-yarn is obtained by a process containing the steps of: doubling a fiber yarn having 10-30denier to make a bundle of a twisted yarn; dyeing and drying the bundle; cutting the dried bundle on 3-6mm length; putting the cut silver-yarn into the second dyeing bath; and then dyeing with a pigment/dyestuff differed from the first pigment/dyestuff, thereby forming a dyeing part having color differed from the first dyed color. The blending paper is obtained by mixing the silver-yarn to a paper material to make the paper.
