METHOD OF MANUFACTURING WATERPROOF HIGH STRENGTH WAVE BOARD FOR VEGETABLES COVER

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of an environmental affinitive type cushion board having increased waterproof, antibacterial property by coating water soluble polymer maintaining a film state at room temperature, but dissociating on condition that a box is infiltrated in water at high temperature for long time. CONSTITUTION: The environmental affinitive type cushion board is obtained by a process containing the steps of: dissolving 10-50wt.% of partially gummed type PVA having 500-1700 of polymerization degree, based on water, in 80deg.C water; adding 0.2-5wt.% of cationic starch and CMC, based on the PVA, respectively, so composing a coating solution; putting 3-5wt.% of boracic acid or methylol resin, and melamine resin or urea resin into the solution, followed by mixing; adding 0.1-30wt.% of synthetic zeolite or natural zeolite having below 500μm diameter, elvan and so on into the solution, based on the PVA; and then coating 0.5-3wt.% of the solution on a cushion board base paper sized for over 15seconds, based on the cushion board base paper.
