BACK BIAS VOLTAGE LEVEL DETECTOR

PURPOSE: A back bias voltage level detector is provided to maintain constantly a voltage input to a comparator by using a clamp or a current mirror. CONSTITUTION: A back bias voltage level detector comprises a clamping portion(10), a switching portion, and an inverse voltage prevention portion(20). The clamping portion(10) maintains constantly a supplied voltage dropped by the first resistance. The switching portion passes the constantly maintained voltage according to a control of the clamping portion. The inverse voltage prevention portion(20) is connected between the switching portion and the second resistance(R4). The inverse voltage prevention portion(20) drops the voltage through the switching portion.
