PLANT FOR INSTALLING A FLARE STACK AND METHOD OF ERECTING THE FLARE STACK THEREBY

PURPOSE: A plant for a stack system and a construction method of a stack are provided to remove a factor of a danger due to work in a high place and to improve economical efficiency by shortening a term of construction work and regulating use of large size equipments when a high-storied stack unit is installed. CONSTITUTION: A plant(1) for a stack system comprises: a support frame(100) consisting of struts(110); a work stand(200) installed horizontal to the upper portion of the support frame while having hoists(210) hoisting a stack unit(2) to a place for lifting up; transfer rods(300) vertically installed in the struts; and a transfer lift(400) lifting up the stack unit while moving up and down in the support frame along the transfer rods. The plant is installed in a place for installing a high-storied stack, and the hoist and the transfer lift are operated to lift up the stack unit by passing through the work stand. Another stack unit(2) is hoisted below the transferred stack unit and assembled with the transferred stack unit by interconnection. Therefore, a high-storied stack is constructed safely and conveniently.
