DEVICE FOR CONVERTING UP AND DOWN SHAKING OF BICYCLE WHEEL TO ROTATION OF WHEEL

PURPOSE: A converter equipped in a bicycle is provided to convert up and down shaking of a wheel to the rotation of the wheel and to freely back the bicycle up. CONSTITUTION: A wheel and a clutch ring(92) rotate forward with advance of a bicycle. A fourth rotating ring(86) rotates forward by combining with the clutch ring and freely rotates within a third one directional bearing (84). A wheel shaft is reversely rotated when the bicycle backs up and then a guide protrusion moves along a guide hole of the clutch ring. The guide protrusion transfers the clutch ring to the wheel while moving in order to separate the fourth ring from the clutch ring. Then the wheel reversely rotates without delivering the rotation to a shaft actuator and thus the bicycle backs up.
