PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the light emitting effect by forming a light emitting layer using a pneumatic liquid crystal. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro-luminescence device comprises the first glass substrate(21) on which a transparent electrode(23) and the first alignment film(24) capable of carrying holes are sequentially formed. A spacer(27) is installed on an upper portion of the first alignment film(24). The second glass substrate(22), on which a metal electrode(28) bonded to an upper portion of the spacer(27) and the second alignment film(25) capable of carrying holes are sequentially formed, is provided above the spacer(27). A light emitting layer(26) is installed between the first and second glass substrates(21,22). The light emitting layer(26) is made of a pneumatic liquid crystal.
