APPARATUS FOR DIGITIZING CHARACTERISTIC ELEMENTS OF CONDENSER USING NON-LINEAR EQUIVALENT CIRCUIT MODEL AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An apparatus for digitizing characteristic elements of condenser using a non-linear equivalent circuit model and method thereof are provided to control product quality and inspect battery condition within the applicable apparatus by using the same operation property of accumulators including a first or a second battery and a condenser as an arithmetic unit thereof like a computer and to digitize the characteristic elements by using a non-linear equivalent circuit model of the accumulator and a non-linear equivalent circuit model of the specific battery so as to design a battery suitable for an electric/electronic apparatus through a digital simulation of an electric circuit. CONSTITUTION: A method for digitizing characteristic elements of a condenser using a non-linear equivalent circuit model comprises the steps of: measuring voltage and current characteristic by applying a specific discharge rate of voltages/currents to an accumulator and charging/discharging them; measuring a property impedance spectrum for the specific frequency areas of the currents and voltages applied to both terminals of the accumulator or to a directly connected impedance load while the total charge/discharge areas are plurally charged; digitizing the non-linear equivalent circuit model of the accumulator from the property impedance spectrum for the above specific frequency areas.
