PURPOSE: A manufacturing device and a manufacturing method of a composite molded item are provided to improve reliability of the composite molded item and to lower the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of a composite molded item comprises an upper mold frame(1) and a lower mold frame(2). One of the molding frames is a movable mold frame and the other is a fixed mold frame. The manufacturing device includes a movable member of a shape including a plurality of holes. The movable member presses a skin material on the molding surface of the upper mold frame or the lower mold frame. The movable member is installed to be moved outside of a cavity of the mold frame. The movable member is mounted to at least one of the upper mold frame and the lower frame.
