PURPOSE: Provided is a liquid fiber softener composition having transparent aqueous solution of products, excellent storage stability, a little bubble and softness. CONSTITUTION: The liquid fiber softener composition is comprised of 2-40wt.% of imidazoline type quaternary ammonium salt(A)(formula I), 2-30wt.% of monoalkyl long chain quaternary ammonium salt(B)(formula II), 2-60wt.% of a solubilizer(C), 0.3-5wt.% of polyoxyethylene alkylether(formula III) and residual purified water(D). Value of B/D is over 0.08, and value of (B+C)/A is over 1.2. In the formula I, II and III, n is 2-4, R1 and R2 represent C10-C18 of alkenyl respectively, X¬- represents chloride, methyl sulfate and ethyl sulfate ion, R3 represents C10-C22 of alkyl group, R4 represents methyl, ethyl, hydroxy ethyl or benzyl, n¬1 is 9-60 of mol. number, and R5 represents C8-C18 of alkyl or alkyl phenyl.
