PURPOSE: A method is provided to enhance quality of an ear-pick and productivity by designing the structure of an ear-wax scratcher in a scoop shape. CONSTITUTION: A bar(10) is made by cutting a long steel wire having a diameter of 1.5 to 2.0mm within a range of 80 to 85mm. The bar is precisely cut in the same length. A grip is made by a press process pressing the middle portion of the bar between the lower face of a curved punch and an upper face of a curved die. Finally an ear-wax scratcher(40) is made by pressurizing the head end of the bar between the lower face of a male metal mold punch(41) and an upper face of a female metal mold die(42) for being in a scoop shape.
