PURPOSE: A resonator structure of rotary compressor is provided to improve the compressor efficiency by forming a resonator on a barring facing to a discharging port and preventing the deformation of the barring due to the mounting of the resonator, and reduce the noise by forming a passage communicating the resonator with the compressing chamber. CONSTITUTION: A resonator structure of rotary compressor includes a main barring and a sub barring mounted at upper and lower parts(101,102) of a cylinder(103) and contact supported, a discharge port(104) formed at an either side of the main or sub barring for discharging refrigerant gas from a compressing chamber to a sealed container, and a resonator(106), wherein the resonator includes a volume space((106a) formed at a cylinder contact surface of a barring facing the other barring formed with the discharging port, and a resonator passage(106b) formed communicating the volume space with the compressing chamber, and the position of the volume space is established between 240 degree with reference to a rotation angle of a roller and an angle immediately before the discharging port.
