PURPOSE: A portable charging apparatus is provided which can supply an emergent power in the state of using up the usable power of a miniature cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A portable charging apparatus generates some power using a moving force obtained by the shaking generated by the portable movement without power supply, and uses the generated power to charge a miniature electronic apparatus. The charging apparatus includes: a power generation part(100) generating a left/right rotation power according to the movement; a current generating part(200) comprising a moving magnet(230) forming poles in turn by the moving power of the power generation part, an inducing body(240) where a pole different from the pole of the moving magnet is induced, and a coil part(250) wound in the inducing body; and a charging part(300) to charge the generated current.
