<p>The method comprises the steps of bending first and second inner sheets (2, 3) in a miter relation along first bending lines (2d, 3d), outwardly bending portions (2A, 3A) along second bending lines (2e, 3e) and fixing them along the edges (2f, 3f) of notches, placing a pair of intermediate sheets (4, 5) between the first and second spaced inner sheets, fixing upper edges (4a, 5a) to each other, fixing their respective opposite edges along the first and second inner sheets and the first bending lines, superposing a pair of outer sheets (6, 7), to which elastic members (8, 9) are attached along the upper end edges (6a, 7a), on the outer sides of the first and second inner sheets and intermediate sheets, and fixing opposite edge vicinities (6c, 6d, 7c, 7d) along the opposite edges (2c, 3c) of the first and second inner sheets.</p> |
