PURPOSE: A method for driving remote gauge is provided to change a user identification and inspected consumption power amount according to a hand terminal. CONSTITUTION: A method for driving remote gauge includes a Mi-com(13) forwards consumption power amount information and a user identification(ID) in a storing part(14) to a hand terminal(20) if there is consumption power transmission instruction. The Mi-com(13) remove the consumption power amount information in the storing part(14) and store the consumption power amount corresponding to the instruction in the storing part(14) if there is consumption power change instruction. But, if there is ID change instruction, the Mi-com(13) remove the ID information in the storing part(14) and store an ID added to the instruction in the storing part(14)
