PURPOSE: A multidata output circuit is provided to output lots of data at a time by a data -output-pin and reduce the number of the output-pin, chip and package sizes. CONSTITUTION: An output voltage coating and generating parts are inputted and decode data of N times and switch each different voltage of 2¬N times. A data output pad is consisted one of the above voltages to send to an external output-pin. Therefore, a multidata output circuit outputs several data by an output-pin, reduce the time to read all data because of elevating the number of data reading at once by the same output-pin, and reduce package size and chip size by reducing the number of output-pins.
