The invention concerns compounds of general formula (I) wherein one of the symbols X, Y and Z represents a nitrogen atom, another represents a group of formula C-R3 and the third represents a nitrogen atom or a group of formula C-R4; R3 and R4 represent each a hydrogen or a halogen atom or a trifluoromethyl, cyano, hydroxy, alkyl or alkoxy group; R1 and R2 represent each a hydrogen or a halogen atom or a trifluoromethyl, cyano, hydroxy, alkyl, alkoxy or phenyl group optionally substituted or R represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group. The invention is applicable in therapy.
